Intensive training is provided at the start of employment to ensure a thorough understanding of the process and impact each employee makes on the satisfaction of customers. Different insurers have different policy wordings and claims interpretation. All who deal with the claim need to appreciate the differences and provide the appropriate service. The company is fast growing due to the high quality service and leading edge software developed for the staff to use.
